But Gurley came up just short on 3rd down and went OOB by rule until the clock gets under 5:00 in 4th Q it is supposed to start running as soon as the ball is marked which typically is 5-7 seconds tops on OOB play. Well it went 22 Seconds before the game clock started running! McVay tried to use all the time before his TO which he did the best he could but when he rewatches the tape he will see he got screwed out of at least 10 seconds.
