fired up Facebook... as you guys I'm friends know... I don't really use it much. Very seldom. But tonight I logged on and THERE was my friend Floyd Vanlingham, ( you can find him on iTunes, Amazon Music, whatever), doing a live stream. Singing some of his originals but also some old classics. SOOOO....
I didn't know If I was following live or not but I grabbed my Cajon and began playing along with him.. then sent him a message telling him... and LO AND BEHOLD it was LIVE... he answered me immediately... Invited me to Nashville for his next recording session.
(pretty sure that was mostly in jest). He's in the middle of finishing up his new album.
So anyway... FUN... and here's a Floyd Youtube or two:
