not that I have many... is my astronomy app notifying me of all major, and minor, sky events. I don't use my telescope these days, it's stored, but I have found that a very good pair of binoculars is actually just about as good.
I live in a very good place that suffers little light pollution... although to the east it is getting worse by the day, (night), because of the growth of Fresno, Calif. On a good night I can still see the Andromeda Galaxy with the 'naked eye'... but it's getting harder. With good binoculars I can see many galaxies, star clusters, etc.
I really hope a Super-Nova occurs soon, in my lifetime... I think that would be spectacular. And we're DUE for one... by the way. Could happen anytime... just hope it's not our sun.
