I started wondering about the common cold back when Contact used to have the 12 hour capsules that....GASP...worked!! Alka Seltzer Cold Plus USED to cover you for almost a day. Lemme tell ya, about 18-19 years ago, at the Fire Station, I had a Captain offer me $10 for one packet of the ORIGINAL Alka Seltzer Cold Plus. They worked THAT good! Contacts AND Alka Seltzer where MYSTERIOUSLY discontinued for a few months and then came back "New and improved"
(In other words....USELESS)
Anyone who thinks the common cold cannot be beat probably does not think the combustion engine is not antiquated by DECADES!
