at least none that I have found. "Permanently Turn Off Auto Play for YouTube".... and yes, of course I know you can turn it off for each 'session'... I'm talking "Permanently" here.
And I find that fascinating... for most annoyances, (not all but most), there is a hack, perhaps an addon, that will will disable annoying features of just about anything... but auto play on YouTube? I don't think so... it's apparently SO unbreakable that the greatest hackers and tech minds on planet earth have yet to solve it.
Such is the power of Google. It's really quite scary if you think about it... I suggest not thinking about it. - JamesJM
