drove over to a drive through restaurant and there was Gumby sitting on the sidewalk.....came over to the car and jumped in to get a ride home. Once he got into a neighbors car went for a ride, got home, got out came to the house. Back then we lived near a publc pool, we walked over and there was Gumby at the entrance, he saw us, waited on us and we went in together to the pool.
The cat we have now I have trained to sit when told, lay down when told, working on fetch, but she's more of a kvetch. She won't listen to Mary worth a dang and it pisses Mary off as it is actually her cat.
Would love to have another dog (I'm more a dog type) but after her deal with cancer and death...it's just too hard to say goodbye.
