It’s a bit embarrassing. But when I was a kid maybe 13 or so, I started reading “Seth” books. Perhaps mostly a sham IMO now but then it was just fascinating.

So, for those who don’t know what Seth is. He was/is an entity that will “use” the body of Jane Roberts to communicate his thoughts etc and Jane’s husband would take dictation. So this happened in the 60’s and early 70s. They wrote a bunch of books with several being dictated by Seth himself. Anyway, there was a lot of material on “thoughts as energy” and multiple realities. It was all a bit heavy but it was also fascinating and fun to read. But I don’t know that anything new was being said. Quantum theorists had already proposed most of the material regarding “time” and reality, etc.

I think I am lacking some information or something to fully understand a lot of this stuff. I think my relationship to time and space is the confusion but I depend on my current understanding too much to see anything differently.
