Back in '79 when the Ram's made the SB for 'whatever' reason I adopted the song "This Is It" by Kenny Loggins as my personal theme song representing the Ram's quest to become SB Champs.

I wasn't alone... KMPH Ram's radio out of LA did the same BUT... they quickly moved to another song, (I forget which).
In '99 I remembered well... and before the SB I spent a week listening to that song; time and time again.
This year.. in all honesty, and to my shame, that song did NOT come to mind... not even after the great win over the Cowboys. Old age I guess, I had mostly forgotten about it.
Two nights ago I was browsing for a youtube video I wanted to show my granddaughter.... I was typing in the search term, watching AppleTV, when "This Is It" came up on my TV screen.... '79, '99, '01 instantly shot thru my soul.
Pure luck? I think not. I think that maybe Deacon, maybe Merlin, one of those Ram's now in the heavenly choir made that happen.
