I have no idea what they were called.... one was lamb with a type of mint sauce. Another was a seafood ceviche? Not sure how to spell that. Then there was a type of bread pudding with some type of cinnamon sauce. Also some baked cod with a pecan crust. She's loving it.... not as much as me but still loving it.
Ceviche was not a term I'm familiar with but when you said seafood ceviche, I had to look it up (I love seafood). But after I saw the recipe, it sure sounds delicious. What a treat for you that Sydney prepared such wonderful dishes for you. I'd be tempted to skip the diet and tell her to just keep cookin'!!
