I dropped DirecTVNow last night, (it actually doesn't end until the end of Feb), and picked up Sling. So all I have done so far is download the apps, take a basic look at their menu, and watched "Spacebars" on it with two grandsons. I don't know enough to review it.... but I will say:
So far I'm impressed. MUCH cheaper than DirecTVNow, (not to be confused with DirecTV)... seems, (I'm not sure yet), to have the 'better' channels and none of the worthless ones. I added a Sports package for $5 more per month, (so the total is around $25 per month), that seems VERY good. After Spaceballs I watched some pre-Winter Olympic events featuring those trying to the make the games this year.
I'll 'try' to review at a later time when I've had some time with it BUT... I don't watch much TV at all... so I may never really be able to give a review. - JamesJM
