Not alone

I worked my way up to 174 pounds... I figured if Aaron Cox could play football at 174 then that was the weight I wanted to be.

By that reasoning now I am looking at Mark Barron, lol... I can't believe I weigh more than NFL safeties... how did this happen? Well I was 180 until I got married but in the past 4 or 5 years I developed a habit that helps me sleep... eating late... in large quantities. Then I kind of just pass out and I go right to sleep.

My ideal weight is probably in the 160 range... AND my comfortable waistline for pants/shorts is 36! It was 32 for all my life... I resisted going to 34 and now I have skipped right over it.
