I've got ya by quite a few years... best way to describe old age and injuries, I think, is a quote from "The Electric Horseman" in which Sonny, (Robert Redford) says, "Some part wake up faster than others. Broke parts take a little longer".

These days nearly every morning for me is a trip down memory lane, "Ouch... oh yeah, fall of 98', broken elbow. Ummph, that would be summer of 61', toboggan accident. Arrrgggh, yup, 87', crushed two toes".
