Both of mine are not good. ESPECIALLY my right. I have had SOME people say surgery was good for them but most say HELL NO to the knife. A few people have said stretch band work outs are great. I know exactly when I first injured them. About 18 years ago, I did the butterfly chest exercise with too much weight....STUUUUUUUPID!!!! That still ticks me off I was so dumb. Anyway, it's getting to where laying on my right side at night makes my shoulder sore at times. Any advice out there?? And NO!! Even my jokes do not help!!
