this stadium will basically print money long-term....

Between the Rams, their (semi-deadbeat) tenants, concerts, Super Bowl 56 (and others later), the college football national championship in 2023, the new 'LA Bowl', 2026 World Cup, 2028 Olympics, Wrestlemania, the new broader complex (condos, theaters, restaurants, ballrooms, etc.), the 6,000-seat music and theatre venue, on and on and on the long-term prospects for the stadium are (no pun intended) through the roof. Tacking on an extra $500M right now? Peanuts over the next 15-20 years.
