McVay Reinvigorated After Coaching Changes:
The new kids on the block could end up being average, underwhelming or exceptional additions to McVay's coaching staff.
We won't know until we see how the units pan out in 2020. Things could be the same as 2019 or of course better, worse or a disaster.
This version of McVay is more seasoned then when he first took the reins in 2017.
He obviously believes in these men and hired them for various reasons.
We all know Sean will be judged to a degree by many pundits and fans according to how well these coaches improve the positional units they were hired to help.
One year won't be the final grade but in the NFL, quick results are often used to quickly judge.
