Better situational play... 3rd and "impossible" conversions against us have always driven me nuts since the Dick Vermeil days. I look forward to what the new 'young bloods' can do to scheme up some excellent play calls on O and D. Certainly it may take time to implement but McVay is not a patient man, so it should be fun to watch. I also think (hope) that there may be better input into choosing the 'right' players. I still remember when Les was floored when McVay told him exactly what attributes he was looking for. I hope that, with the new 'Young Bloods,' that they will be able to delineate for McVay what they look for and why.
Either way it will be too cool to read, hear and see what happens. Can't wait for FA and the draft...
