of an extent? If the players have the capacity to remember what those who left and the teaching aspects they gave them IMO they can just add to that knowledge with the new eyes coming in. As long as these new hires teach and educate instead of demand things to be done without the reasons behind it that would/will upset me more then the youthfulness of the hires.Teaching ability trumps age IMO.....Yes Wade has more time in, but he has that over anyone out there. Bones the same.....IMO they may miss the usual face of Bones being around, and the affability of a Wade.....but in the big deal they want to win games.
Age has nothing to do with the ability to teach....young/old....they need to be able to improve the players...that is what matters.
