When he (and Gurley and McVay) said he worked on strength and weight-lifted in the 2019 off-season? (Because they did say that and it showed in Goff's physique, which btw we all said at the time in 2019).

How about neither one and people are just making a fuss over nothing.
We KNOW he weight-lifted and worked on strength before. That's on record.
Maybe some folks are reading things into the 2020 comment that are not there.
