Ramsey is
way too expensive (draft picks and expected contract extension) and I think Atkins is declining.
For the right price I think Williams, given his past relationship with McVay, would be the one to pursue. He's played 48 fewer games than Whitworth had when the Rams acquired him. So in theory they could extend Williams for 2-3 years and lessen the 2020 cap number. And in fact Williams could, in theory, try and corner the Redskins by saying LA is where he wants to go.
Downside- Williams has missed `16 games over the past 5 seasons (3.2/season).
