Mitchell Trubisky: Aaron Donald 'looks like a cheat code' on film

It’s not often Aaron Donald gets shut out in sacks and is only held to a couple of tackles, but that’s exactly what the Chicago Bears did to him last season in Week 14. Donald had zero sacks, two total tackles and only hit Mitchell Trubisky once.

Trubisky didn’t feel the full wrath of Donald thanks to his offensive line, but he knows just how dominant No. 99 is. In a teaser for NFL Network’s Top 100 Players of 2019 list, Trubisky shared his thoughts on Donald.

“The things he does on film, it looks like a cheat code,” Trubisky said. “In one-on-one matchups, you gotta chip him, double-team him just so he’s not ruining your entire game plan because he’s that type of player. Not only does he get to the quarterback or running back, but he causes fumbles.”
