Back to Cooks I will say this. Cooks is obviously better than Watkins that is not debatable but there was some grumbling when the Rams traded for Cooks. People questioned his toughness. Now I'm not going to question is toughness but... look at that play. That ball hits him in the chest... he has got to make that grab (more so than the one earlier) and he did not get it done
Think about how different that SB would have been for both Goff and Cooks had they executed those two plays.
Perhaps its Cooks that is the MVP
I want to see Cooks step up next year for sure... I don't think he played like an $82M WR... in fact I think Robert Woods is flat out better and the best WR on the team
It's not an easy one handed catch. The DB had a hold of his left arm and kept him from bringing it up to catch it. It's not like Cooks just dropped it.
