with those stats...so I sure hope they get someone else...just someone with the same usage of players as Wade's 3-4 style
so we don't have too much changeover on defense and can build on the past experience. We have that with McVay...I just want the same for the defense.
Like the Steelers or Pats that have longtime coaches that & schemes that players know cuz they never change - sans yearly tweaks.
I just want a Rams Way of doin stuff on O & D.
