Andy McCollum

Andy McCollum (1/2 of "the Doughnut Brothers" is being interviewed by Martin Kilcoyne right now on a local Fox2 tv sports show. Surprising because NONE of the local news stations or the newspaper ever cover the Rams at all or mention them at all since they left. They pretty much cover local teams only (Blues, Cardinals, Mizzou Tigers) and you'd never even know there IS an NFL let alone a team called the Rams. It's a shame because the playoffs is big NEWS in the sports world no matter how you feel about who's playing. Anyhow, I didn't know till just now that Andy McCollum and his family stayed in St Louis after he retired. They live in Eureka (about 20 minutes outside of St Louis) and he said he does some financial planning and also does some high school coaching too. He said that he and Adam Timmerman get together still get together once or twice a year and go fishing. He is torn about who to root for in the Rams-Saints game because he played for the Saints for 5 years before he came to the Rams.
