In no particular order:
Get some snaps for Davis and Kelly to relieve Gurley. Lots of snaps. Would give Gurley some more recovery time, injury insurance, and coaches would better know what they have at RB under controlled and voluntary conditions of Rams choosing.
Same exact thing for Boom relieving Big Whit. No brainer.
Okay, same concept for Allen relieving Sully.
Now, here’s my biggie. Sit Barron, maybe not even start him. Play Hager, Kiser, and maybe Wilson. A lot. Honestly, any should be an upgrade over the current Barron. Not gonna sugarcoat it. Barron is but a shadow of his former self as recently as ‘17, and he’s now just killing us.
Geez, McVay has a perfect 3 game laboratory situation to do all of the above. Why not take advantage?

Would be great idea if we had three game lead for HFA, but we're just trying to hang on the the #2 spot right now.
We still need to win the next two out of three just to lock a bye week up depending how the Bears do.
Sure, if we're up by 3 scores with 8 minutes to go, then why not? But until then we need to win first.... it's gonna come down to the wire for HFA and we're gonna need to win out.

At some such point McVay could sub in Boom and Allen.
As to Barron? I honestly think he shouldn’t even start, period. Any of the 3 I mentioned would be an upgrade over Barron. So Wade could pick one to start and then rotate the others in sorta like a preseason game eval. Nothing to lose in so doing, at all. Barron has been THAT bad.
