I'm not asking for radical changes. Personnel packages are fine. I'd like to see our motion carry us a bit wider, though.

And the tempo point is crucial. Keep them on the LOS constantly and vary the snap counts widely. Timing and tempo. McV has been great at this and I notice many teams are doing this these days. We may see less reliance on defensive specialists if the trend continues.
