He runs lazy routes and has bricks for hands.

They showed a clip of him from a couple weeks ago vs Miami where he just stops running his deep post route and watches as the guy who was covering him finishes his route and get the interception...he just stood there watching as the guy started running it back. It was one of the most pathetic plays I've seen out of any player ever.
