He's a true LEADER and not a DIVA. Sadly though, videos like this will not make the cut on NFL Net or ESPN. But the one handed catch that Beckham made EONS ago and the dozen tantrums since (Butt whoopin by a kicker's net included) will.

I have always said that if Henry Ellard acted more like an ass or DIVA, he would've been in the HOF by now.
