Kickoff returns are almost entirely a wash. They could just kneel in the endzone every time for all I care.
It seems to me that more than half the time Cooper was making a bad decision there, and getting stopped short of the 25 anyway.
I want someone that has a history of successfully fielding punts. And by that I mean catching them and holding on to them.
Getting yards is nice. Getting TD's is fun.
But I do think this team can succeed and do just fine without return TD's.
What could sink them in a big game is returning miscues, like the ones in the playoff game.
Kupp should not be exposed to the risk.
I am eager to see Natson in real game action.
Ramily!
