they were 4th last year in both sacks and sack percentage and that was WITHOUT an edge rusher.
4 guys combined at OLB for 21 sacks. Each had an issue. That includes Ebukam being a rookie and Longacre being hurt during the season with his production falling off.
They were 4th last year because the interior rush was THAT good. That's the difference it makes.
If Ebukam, Longacre, and Davis come through at OLB this year, it will be gravy.
An interior rush of Donald and Suh will set everything up.
