The finish was better than the start, but overall Sean McVay was not happy with today’s practice, which was not in pads and featured mostly ones vs ones and twos vs twos. He spoke with team for a few minutes afterward.

CB coach Aubrey Pleasant got all over the defense, screaming for urgency after a lackadaisical series. Next series - Lamarcus Joyner intercepts a pass from Jared Goff.
Rams training camp practice No. 11 ended with Sean McVay addressing his team. McVay was unhappy with their lack of urgency at the start of practice and appeared frustrated at times throughout. At one point during 11-on-11, he ushered the starters to the sideline. "We've got to be better than that," McVay said.
