The agents rated Snead in the top 4 (tied) of NFL decision makers, yet they didn't rate the Rams in the top 5 of negotiating preparedness.

We may be draw the conclusion that Snead has his stuff together but Demoff/Pastoors are the weak link in signing players.

I'm just guess here, of course. But I don't like their track record of signing our players.
