You go too far. Quinn was crazy as a pass rusher in those last 4 or 5 games
Quinn’s leadership and pass rush will not be easy to replace
Optimism is great but that right there is over the top. The Rams have some uncertainty at the position at best
You’re overreacting to my post a little bit, Speed.
Of course there’s uncertainty at LB. We’re replacing 3 of the previous 4 starters!
I’m of the opinion that Quinn’s play has been overrated by some. What I was seeing on my TV in terms of overall play in that Titan game was far different than what you were seeing, it appears.
Quinn was once a great player, but he’s been living on his reputation for years. Probably due to health, but still...
When I was younger I used to watch my Rams with my heart more than with my eyes. But lately, I pay more attention to what my eyes are telling me. Just sayin’.
Anyway, it appears that Wade was willing to part with favorite sons like Quinn and Ogletree, too. So maybe he was kinda seeing the same things as yours truly?
From my memory, Quinn was simply pushed by the QB and down to the ground too many times. Looked to me like they figured him out. Yes, he did play better at the end of the year but not sure if that will be how he continues. I guess we will find out. I will trust McVay and Wade's eyes more than mine. lol
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
