Some of those teams you mention will be a stretch as tough teams like the Niners Broncos and Chiefs with rookie QB
not every team from AFC West will be great.....maybe 2

Yep and the Cards, Seahawks, Chiefs may be much worse.......who would have predicted Jax and Rams as playoff teams before the start of 2017
