They understand more than others what it takes to be a consistent winner. They first start with the selection of players. They don't appear to be stuck on "elite" players but do their homework when it comes to quality personnel and commitment. Of course Brady is elite-but he was not selected until the 7th round. They will occasional make mistakes but in the long run they seem to be ahead of the curve in selecting players not as much for their skills but also for their dedication to the organization as a whole. And this goes for their coaching staff as well. It starts with Kraft but it's really a bottom up program.
It starts with BB not from the bottom . Unless you mean bringing up lower round picks,
and coaching them up. Starting with TB who was a 6th rounder IMO
