Bernie Les Snead did not hire Sean McVay, Kevin Demoff & Stan Kroenke did, I can understand being upset, but let's get the facts straight. In fact, if you truly want to credit one person with the McVay hiring, it would be Jon Gruden, who after being contacted by Demoff informed him that Kyle Shanahan was good, but Sean McVay was special add that McVay is a Gruden clone and it was a perfect match.
