Since the game is at the normal starting time for Sunday early games (i.e. the 1st London Prime Time game), they shouldn't need to worry too much about adjusting their body clocks (i.e. they can stay up late / wake up late local time and still stay on the same circadian schedule they are used to). And they only have to do it for 2 days, so they can avoid having to adjust their body clocks if they want to.
