Posts here indicate that he is not the owner of the car. Was the gun in plain view? The trunk? Exactly where was it? Did he borrow the car from someone? Under what circumstances? Did Westbrooks know the gun was in the vehicle? If he knew the gun was in the car? Did he know it was stolen or did he come to posses it under circumstances as would reasonably induce him to believe it was stolen? These are just a few key questions that need to be answered before we can have any firm grasp of the seriousness of this arrest.
