But I *DO* think Donald wants to win. The two times he's lost his cool in games, IMHO, were entirely about frustration with playing his heart out in a hopeless effort. If I'm right, he'll show up after preseason. If not... then maybe I'm wrong. We'll know soon enough.
Actually what we've heard is that the issue is not the amount, it's the structure. For example, we've heard that he wants an opt-out clause after year 3. Sounds like the issue is the length of the contract. This is where the Rams and Donald apparently want contrasting things. He wants fewer years, the Rams want more.
I agree that absolutely he wants to win. And that the frustration plays were just that, frustration.
