I think the Watkins acquisition had the effect of pushing Reynolds off the 46.
Coaches would much rather have all vets starting at WR. As it is, the Rams will start one rookie at WR. And we all know that rookies tend to make mental errors with Kupp being one of the few exceptions.
The reason I picked Cooper is because Thomas will start the season suspended. Otherwise I'd give it a toss up. Plus, Reynolds missed a lot of time in training camp.
