Just watched it again.

Goff runs a bootleg, but is contained by a hard charging defender.

He pulls up, throws OFF HIS BACK FOOT and turning away. Those mechanics generally add up to a lousy pass.

But the pass is slick, fast, and accurate. Hits Kupp in stride.

Gotta be a damn good QB to make that throw with pulling away from containment on a bootleg.
