On the sack by Mack through Higbee and Everett I think that was more about Goff needing to get the ball out quicker. It's hard to block Mack as it is with an OT and TE let alone two TEs. But Goff is still learning the offense and is sometimes holding the ball too long and in my opinion that was one example.
