He actually wasn't speaking in code, he was simply trying to say exactly what he said.
DT's are more likely to be injured being in the trenches.
The whole idea of OBJ being ok losing out on millions of dollars if he gets injured is ok becuse the Giants might make the playoffs is friggin hilarious.
