Which wide recievers make it to the 53 man roster?

Locks: Watkins, Woods, Kupp
Likely lock: Austin - too much of a cap hit to cut, probably too big a contract for other teams to take on?
Looks to be getting a spot: Cooper. He was running with the 1s while Tavon was out (prior to gaining Watkins). Coach also gave him props when discussing how the trade would positively affect the rest of the wide receiver core.
Special Case: Thomas (suspended first 4 games).

Assuming that the team only keeps 6, there is only one spot left. Those competing include 4th round pick Reynolds who has missed a lot of camp and would be a Watkins backup; 2016 preseason game 1 star UDFA Spruuuuuce who has been running with the 2s and would be a Kupp backup; 2016 UDFA McRoberts who was on the practice squad last year and has been running with the 2s and has looked good in camp so far and would probably be a Woods/Watkins backup.

That said, the 6th WR probably does not get a lot of playing time (or even dressing up) unless there are injuries. McRoberts probably makes it back onto the practice squad. Reynolds, if cut probably is picked up by someone (as he was a 4th round pick this year), Spruce may or may not make it to the practice squad - if he shines like he did last time he played Dallas then we will see.
