but yes, you can sign up for gamepass using a foreign VPN, and get the Sunday Ticket restrictions removed. Or at least it would allow me to do so several years ago when they first offered the service.
Same webpage for signing up would load different options based off of what IP was connecting to it. I provisioned a 2 week trial for a french VPN and could have purchased GP with all regular season games live for 99.00
You did not get any option for the live games using my regular IP address.... only replays were offered.
