I'm in the camp that believes under Fisher, and staff, underachievement was rampant. How much so? I don't know. So yes... 'unproven' is dead on the money... but I'm far from thinking it's all poor talent personnel.
Curious by nature... I think it will be 'interesting' to see how some recent ex-Rams do now that they have moved on... BUT...
I tend to think the first 1-3 years are extremely important... and that the 'die has been cast' by the end of those first years... IOW... what could, or should, have been has reached it's shelf life. In other words, not sure we can ever know if X% of talent was wasted. - JamesJM
