My father (who placed the order) just told me Joe has been in touch via Twitter and was upset about my post. He also said Joe does communicate often to let you know of any delays. He said Joe offered a refund a few months ago but my Dad declined and just wanted the product but answered all his inbox tweets. Dad said he is sure Joe will make things right and seems like an honest person. I will post back after the order arrives to update everyone. Go RAMS!!
