Not 100%, anyway. He's put up good numbers the last couple of years but he could be in for a big decline in 2017. That's after seeing a BIG dip in the TD% and a dip in his completion % in 2016.
The Redskins lost/let go of Garcon and Jackson at WR and I'm sorry, you can't lose your OC, WR1 and WR2 and then get better. I think a big part of that offense has been Jackson threatening to take the top off the defense. That's gone now and I see a year of struggles for that transitioning offense.
At the end of the year, Cousins' stock won't be nearly as high as it is right now. What that means for the Rams, I don't know. But I doubt that it will mean they go after Cousins. McVay may know Cousins but I think he'd be much more inclined to fix and make Goff into a star than to revisit Cousins.
