It would have been fun to be a fly on the wall as the Rams prepared for this draft.
I'm sure they had some of the same discussions that have occurred here on the board, but at a much more sophisticated (and polite?) level.
And I think their decision was to fix what they thought they could fix the most and the fastest.
IMO, the fact that they didn't pick oline doesn't mean they didn't want to, just that some of the skill position roles for McVay's offense had to take priority.
And if Kromer said he wants to see what he can do with the line they have, I say let's see it.
In the meantime, I think the talent they did pick is worth being excited about.
Yes, it would be good to have better pass-blocking this year, but maybe having route runners like Kupp, or Woods, being where they're supposed to be right on time will help Goff just as much. Knowing he can get rid of the ball quickly in rhythm and that guys are going to be there and catch it.

I think this year I've decided to vacillate towards the optimists. It's just more fun. At least for a while, lol.
