Is there really no way to get a playbook and talk to Goff on the sly?

All these rules about off-season contact between players and coaches - you'd think if you had a coach and QB who were both willing to dance - they could make this happen. C'mon over for a bar-b-que, or let's go grab some dinner, Hey, I think i accidentally left my briefcase on your coffee table. Keep it safe for me, etc etc.

Wonder if it happens ever, or if it can. Teams seem to want to push every other rule right up to the edge, why not this one.
