If the Rams can make it work where they can retain Johnson and be in position to retain Donald, I would agree. i.e. Don't want some kind of false panic like Ziggy did when he ran Fletcher out of town, having money to work it under the cap, but pretending like he did not, but if there is any way signing Johnson causes you to lose Donald, I believe this is an analytical better of the two scenarios.
